Hi Friends! While we're waiting for the new Design Team to get started in March I thought I'd provide a few posts myself. ;) Be sure to check the end of this post for a GIVE AWAY!

Woo hoo!
More information about this project is on this post.
These are pillow boxes and a little faux milk carton that I created using Sizzix dies. All the sentiments are from my Lots of Pun stamp set. You can find Lots of Pun and more stamps on the Joy's Life Products Page.
More information about this project can be found here.
I used the Cricut Create a Critter cartridge to make this "PAWSitively PURRfect" cat. It's my cat "Domino". He's my furry little buddy. This sentiment is also from my Lots of Pun stamp set.

what would be really fun? WINNING a set of Lots of Puns stamps. Don't
you think that sounds like a good idea? Totally.

Check out what she made HERE.

I love pillow boxes. Just made about 40 Valentine ones for friends and family. They are so much fun. I need a lot of help with masculine cards or teenage boy cards. ReplyDeleteThere are so many great blogs that feature lots of wonderful cards and projects but layouts seem harder to come by. I would love to see the design team incorporate stamping techniques into layouts with some tips for using stamps when putting together a layout.

All of the ideas are great. I would like to see sympathy cards, I don't think I've ever seen those.
ReplyDeleteAs I was thinking about what I would like the DT to do, I noticed the comment above mine and we came up with the same idea. Sympathy cards would be a wonderful idea, these cards are the hardest to do without making them to plain or to "mushy"
ReplyDeleteupnurse at aol dot com

I just think everything you do is so neat. Don't know how you come up with the ideas you do. I'm just thankful you do. I agree with all the other ideas for themes, especially the margarita theme, you know it's 5 o'clock somewhere!! :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to all the new DT members! You will absolutely LOVE designing with Joy's stamps and thinking of new and unusual ways of using them. And Joy herself is wonderful to design for... she is so generous, sweet and supportive of her team. Have fun and we'll be waiting for your first projects!
ReplyDeleteYour projects are so cute! I like to see any kind of card ideas.
ReplyDeleteMy son has been going to a lot of parties, so I'd like to see a "good for everyone" theme--for occasions of going to a party and needing a card/gift tag/little gift for everyone at the party. Boys & girls. All identical, or at least similar.
ReplyDeleteThis is great! I love this stamp set, and theme that would be fun would be all about kids... since I'm always catching up doing my little one's LOs. Thanks so much!

Cute projects and adorable card (I love that cat from CAC). I have 4 cats myself! And your stamps are even cuter (or is that punnier?). I would love to see a challenge where you might request that a certain cut from a specific cartridge be used. Your Design Team is terrific--can't wait to see what's coming!--Pat N.

ReplyDeleteMy wife and i ended up being quite comfortable that Albert could carry out his studies through your precious recommendations he made through your web pages. It is now and again perplexing to just choose to be giving freely techniques that the others could have been selling. And we all remember we've got you to thank because of that. All of the illustrations you made, the simple web site menu, the relationships your site help to promote - it's everything fabulous, and it's really letting our son in addition to the family understand that idea is amusing, which is certainly truly fundamental. Thanks for all the pieces!
