totally awesome teacher - 3D Pencil

This week the Joy's Life DT is celebrating "Back to School".

I always like to have my girls bring in a little something for their new teachers, so I created this fun 3D Pencil to hold some yummy candy:

I added some salt water taffy tied in a cellophane bag:

And, stamped the tag with two different Joy's Life stamps:

The "totally awesome" is from the My Hero stamp set and the "teacher" is from Everyday Occasions stamp set.

The patterned paper is from Fancy Pants Designs.

happy anniversary CAS card

Hello everyone, this is Cyndy from Arcy Scraps! 

This week the design team is creating what ever our little hearts desire using Joy's Life stamps. Anything goes! I've been seeing a lot of CAS cards (clean and simple) and thought I'd experiment a little with that.

 The sentiment is from Joy's Everyday Occasions stamp set. I love this set because you can mix-and-match the stamps. It's full of possibilities ;)

Altered Wooden Frame

Hey there, Staci from Precious Memories here with my

 Home Decor project
and my last post on the DT... It was a fun time and I want to thank Joy for all her love and patients she gives her DT :)

This was a tough one for me... I didn't have a clue what to make I almost asked Joy for a pass on this weeks project until my kids and I were in Michael's and we found these unfinished wooden frames for a $1.00 and then a light bulb went on.

I used Joy's "Everyday Occasions" stamp set.

Home Decor- Graduation Banner

Hello everyone! Laura here from Laura's Crafts & More...This week the DT is making some fun Home Decor projects! I am in full Graduation mode as my son is ready to graduate from HS in a few weeks! So I made a couple of banners to use as centerpieces on the table.

I used 3 different sets from Joy...."Congratulations" & "You Can Do Anything" is from Mother/Daughter....

"Graduation" is from Everyday Occasions...

And "You Rock" is from Father/Son

Tweet Mother's Day Card

Heart Shaped Easel Wedding Card!

Teacher Appreciation

Hi there! 
Staci from Precious Memories here to share the little Teacher Appreciation gifts I made for my Daughter to give to all of her teachers.  I used Joyslife.com's New Stamp Set "My Hero" 

and one of her older sets "Everyday Occasions" (a must have set)

 

For the "You're a Super Kid" stamp on a few of the bag toppers, I just covered the kid  part of the stamp with a corner of paper, inked it then stamped it on my project and Whala - I could make anyone super :)

as you can see above I had to white out a part of the "kid" on the stamp I didn't cover it too well...oopsie!

Love Birds Anniversary - card

Hi!  This is June Houck with a little Tuesday inspiration using Joy's Life stamps.  Sometimes I enjoy using stickers as my focal point on my card.  I often like to adhere the stickers to card stock, fussy cut around, then pop up on foam tape.  For this card I added some twine to tie in with the wood grain paper layer.

I combined two sentiment stamps together for my "happy anniversary" sentiment form Joy's Life "Everyday Occasions" set:

This set is very versatile cause you can mix and match the words to create the sentiment that is right for you. I wanted to make another surprise slider card so I made a cute little girly baby one!

Get Well - masculine card

  Hello!  This is June Houck with a little Tuesday inspiration.  I am still in love with Indie Chic papers.  I have two of the Indie Chic collections and they are both down to scrap pieces; similar to my Echo Park "a walk in the park" (my personal all-time favorite collection) and Echo Park "For the Record."

  My card stash has no "get well" or "sympathy" cards, so that is what I decided to attempt today.  I created the card, then noticed I didn't leave room for a large sentiment.  I found a perfect fit with this "get well" from Joy's Life "Everyday Occasions" stamp set:
