Hi Friend CD case

Hello, hello everyone and happy Monday!
This week we will be showing you many Glittery & Bright Color projects! I decided to decorate one of Joy's CD cases. My friend is going on a road trip so I thought it would be a great idea to give her a mix tape in this decorated CD case holder.
The sentiment is from Joy's Life All Around Sentiments stamp set. It fit perfectly in one of Echo Park's circle stickers.

Altered CD case

It's Megan again! I'm so excited to share this project with you. Joy sent us these super cute CD cases to work with this week and at first I was intimidated. Then I decided to just jump in. I love how this turned out! It's kinda simple, but I guess I'm a kinda simple gal ;)

I used some My Little Shoebox Keepsake paper and stickers - the little music notes match the theme perfectly. I sewed the paper before I adhered it to the cd case.
I just love this sentiment from Joy's Life Tag You're it TWO

A Little Something Yummy

Hello Everyone, Nina here with a little gift box I put together for a crafty friend! She just got her Cameo and I think it would be nice to send her a download card with some sweet crafty goodies in a tin box from Joy's store:)

The good thing about using washi tape on the CD Box is that everything can be reused by the crafty friend! Even the tapes can be peeled off and put on a project :) I stamp the sentiment "A Little Something Yummy" (Tag You're It Set One) directly onto the CD Case with some StazOn Cotton White Ink (which can be removed by the StazOn cleaner :) Yummy!

And here is what is inside:
You can find more details on how I made the tape punch-outs on my blog here.

This has been a fun and crafty month on the blog, many wonderful projects by the design team girls. Can't wait to see their new creations! Don't forget to follow the blog :) Happy Crafting!

Go Wild!

Well...today is bittersweet for me...
I'm excited that it's my Joys Life DT post day
but sad that it's my last post on Joy's team...
I want to give a great big THANK YOU to Joy for
being such an amazing and generous person.
I've been on Joy's team twice now and
both times have been Amazing!
Thank you Joy...I wish you all the best:)

I would also like to give a shout to the rest
of the DT..You are all amazing and Best Wishes
to all of you:)

Now on to my post...
Joy gave us all these really cool metal
CD Cases and asked us to create with them..

Here's what I came up with
Front

The way it Wobbles...

Close Up

Wouldn't you love to get your
favorite CD in a case all decorated
with a Rockin' Fox telling you
to "Go Wild"??

I new right away that the "Go Wild" stamp
from Joys stamp set called Lots of Puns was
the perfect fit.  I also had to use the "Musical Notes"
stamp from her newest set called
Tag You're It Number Two...
You can get these stamps and the
metal CD cases HERE!

Thanks for visiting and have a
GREAT Day!

Relax and Unwind

Hi Super Followers!! This is Jennie from Earthy Scrap.
This week we are decorating some amazing CD Cases
that are available at the Joy's Life Store!!
Do you think kids still exchange Mix CDs
(what some of us remind as Mix Tapes)??
How cool was it right??
That is why I quickly thought about this cassette cut from Indie Art.
I also used my Imagine Cartridge Industrial Glow
which I didn't really care for until I made this project!! Now I can't wait to try it again!!
To add another touch of throwback I used my Spirograph
with some buttons and Trendy Twine.

One thing that I LOVE about Joy's Life stamps is that Holiday sets can also be used all year like this "Relax and Unwind" Stamp that you can find in the Halloween Puns Stamp Set.

Just in case you are curious about how they look without the embellishments...
Here's a look!!

Well I hope I inspired you to give these CD Cases a try, they are really a bomb!!
Take Care!!
