I decided to make some fun little treat boxes:

To tie off my treat bags, I added a some ribbon and a little tag.

I used a sentiment from the Wintery Puns stamp set for my tag:

Reindeer Card

This week it is all about "It Sparkles or Shines"!!

I thought it would be fun to use this challenge to create a card for my son for Christmas!

And with that in mind, I thought I would make a shaped Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer card!!

Isn't he cute?!?!

I think my son will love it!

I added some shimmery paint to his nose and lights!  And Glitter Dust to the tag!

The "Merry Christmas" is from the Wintery Puns set!

Merry Christmas

Hello everyone! Laura here from Laura's Crafts & More...This week the DT is making projects with Sparkle & Shine! I used a glass ornament and filled the inside with melted crayons! I saw this on TV the other day and couldn't wait to try it! I have done the glitter & acrylic paint, but never melted crayons! It was really simple & came out so pretty! For this one I used red, green & white crayons....and for my stamp I used "Merry Christmas" from Wintery Puns :)

To make these, you need to take the paper off the crayons and break into small pieces (I used my scissors) place in the ornament & using your heat gun (or blow dryer) heat the crayons and as they melt twirl the ornament to get a good coverage. **Ornaments will obviously be HOT...USE GLOVES!!!** 

I found that colors that are too close together (like bright pink & purple) didn't "swirl" very well....but go ahead & try these with your favorite colors! They are fun & turn out gorgeous! 

The DT is going on Christmas break next week, so I want to wish all of you a Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year!!

I have a treat box to share today.

This is a easy craft to make

as a stocking stuffer or a

holiday favor for your place setting.

I used these cute clear acetate pillow boxes

from Joy's Life along with here Wintery Puns

stamp set to embellish these yummy treats!

I haven't decided whether to use them on

the holiday table or as stocking stuffers for

the kids.

Warm Decembrrr Wishes

Oh my gosh, it's December! Are you ready?  I hope to send out my Christmas cards this week, and everyone on the list gets a homemade one.  I've been busy creating.  So, it worked out perfectly that the Joy's Life design team is showcasing Christmas Cards this week. I made two to show you. I hope you like them!

 

 I used the same cutting file on both of these cards, a mitten shaped card. What a difference the paper and embellishments make, huh?

 

Both cards use the Joy's Life Wintery Puns stamp set.

Happy Saturday. :)

This week the DT was showcasing Christmas projects using Joy's Life "Oh Christmas Puns" and "Wintery Puns" stamp sets.

I LOVE both of these sets A LOT!!

So here is my card:

I used "Wintery Puns" for my sentiment. :)

This is a PNC (print and cut) file from the Silhouette online store.
I just printed the image tho, and did not cut it.  To make it a little more dimensional, I added some liquid applique on the Santa hat, as well as some stickles, then I added liquid glass to the bow, ornaments, and the eyes and nose of the bear.
Added some twine and a button, stamped the sentiment.... and viola, it was done. 

Pretty simple card.

Warm Decemberrr Wishes

Hello everyone! Laura here from Laura's Crafts & More...This week the DT is all about Christmas!! Yes it's that time of year again! My card today uses "Warm Decemberrr Wishes" from Wintery Puns. 

I used a Snowflakes embossing folder and added some Star Dust Stickles to make it all sparkly! The branch is a die cut that I inked with Gathered Twigs distress ink and the bird is a "button" from my stash. I also used Distress Stickles for the "snow" on the branch.

An Elf Notebook

Hi everyone, Maria here from Five Simple Things.

I have a pre-Christmas project to share today.

I know Christmas is coming when the kids

start emailing me their Christmas lists,

So I created this fun little table

Birthday Circle Shaped Card

Hi there, Staci from Precious Memories here!  This week the DT was asked to make a project with flowers.  

So my 4 yr old son helped me with this one, he wanted to make a card for his Aunts Birthday.

Debbie from Bugjuiced here and our theme was just to use a flower. Well i have to admit I flew by the seat of my pants on this one. I have been extremely busy and it was after 10pm and I realized I was to have a project done. So nothing special here guys just a quick little card. 

I used Joys Life "Wintery Puns" for my sentiment. See even the winter/christmas stamps can be utilized for everyday situations.

I also used my favorite twine from Timeless Twine in Raspberry Pink. I used Coredinations paper for my base in this bright fushia/pink I love it! The yellow is from a summer stack I can't remember the name of I have had it a while.

This week the DT is celebrating Joy's birthday.  I have to admit, making a card for Joy was a bit intimidating! I must have changed my card a hundred times! LOL!  But, in the end, I created a card I just LOVE!!  

So, Joy.... this card is for you!

And, I also used Joy's stamps on the inside of the card:

This entire sentiment was created from individual word stamps from the Everyday Occasions stamp set, with the exception of Hugs & Kisses, which is from Wintery Puns.

Here is a closer look at the stamps on the front:

The "Happy" and the "!!!" stamps are from Holiday Occasions, and the "Birthday" stamp is from Everyday Occasions.

This cute sentiment can be found on the Tag You're It - Set Two stamp set.

Project Life cards featuring Joyful Hearts

It's Kimberly from hellocutiecrafts here. 

This week Joy asked the team to make a scrapbook page, journaling spots or Project Life cards for Valentine's day.

I don't scrapbook, so I decided to make some 

Project Life cards for this week's page.

 These are 4x4 squares. I plan to add photos and keepsakes sometime this weekend.

Hugs and Kisses Valentine card

This week the Joy's Life design team is creating 

Valentine's Day cards.  This is June Houck with a little valentine for my ten year old twin daughters.

I am smitten with the font for this "Hugs & Kisses" sentiment.

My papers and chipboard accents are BasicGrey "Hopscotch."
