This week the DT is celebrating Joy's birthday.  I have to admit, making a card for Joy was a bit intimidating! I must have changed my card a hundred times! LOL!  But, in the end, I created a card I just LOVE!!  

So, Joy.... this card is for you!

And, I also used Joy's stamps on the inside of the card:

This entire sentiment was created from individual word stamps from the Everyday Occasions stamp set, with the exception of Hugs & Kisses, which is from Wintery Puns.

Here is a closer look at the stamps on the front:

The "Happy" and the "!!!" stamps are from Holiday Occasions, and the "Birthday" stamp is from Everyday Occasions.

This cute sentiment can be found on the Tag You're It - Set Two stamp set.

I don't scrapbook, so I decided to make some 

Project Life cards for this week's page.

 These are 4x4 squares. I plan to add photos and keepsakes sometime this weekend.

Joyful Hearts Valentine's Day card

Hi, this is June Houck with a little love card.

I really love the look of dry embossing, 

particularly on white card stock.

I also love to add pearls or gems (or both, in this card!)

This week the Joy's Life design team theme is LOVE.  

I hope you will stop by every day this week and see what my 

LOVE-ly cards my design team sisters have made.

I chose to use this sweet solid heart from the "Joyful Hearts" stamp set:

Happy Valentine's Day

Hello everyone! Laura here from Laura's Crafts & More...This week the DT is making projects using "New Techniques" Now my technique is definitely not new but I personally have never done it before! Using Tim Holtz Distress Inks and misting with water! Simple right? But it's true I have never done this! I have a hard time doing new things and since I always did just straight ink to paper...misting & layering different products is so new to me! I also sprayed the top with Dylusions...

The water leaves spots which makes the background not look so "perfect"...It's kind of cool! :) I used "Happy Valentine's Day!!!" from Holiday Occasions and the "Hearts" are from Joyful Hearts.

Faux Flocking - Sweet Christmas Wishes!

Greetings! Maria here from Joyful Stamper

sharing a fun chalking technique.

I used a fun chalking technique this week 

with Joy's sweet gingerbread man image 

from the Oh Christmas Puns stamp set.

Simply stamp your image in 

Versamark (your pad should be juicy!) 

then dust it with your pastels (chalks). 

The effect gives you a suede or 

flocked look.  Give it a try!

My sentiment was created using

stamps from the Holiday Occasions

and Everyday Occasions sets!

ABC background - Cri-Kit pens!

Back to School!!!!

Happy Monday everyone!  It's almost time!  Time for all the Back to School fun!  The entire team is creating back to school projects for this week, so keep scrolling to check the rest of them out!  I know a lot of the kiddos have already started but I thought this would be the perfect gift to calm those back to school jitters with a little magic snack mix!  Here is what I made:
