Scrapbooking - Too Cute to Spook

Happy Wednesday Crafty Friends!!

Kendra here from Luv 2 Scrap N' Make Cards!

This week we are featuring Scrapbooking Layouts!

I love taking pictures of my kids and creating scrapbook layouts of all the memories we share!

For my post today, I thought I would create a layout for my little girl's album using the Halloween Puns set!
With Halloween right around the corner, I thought it would be nice to create one of her Halloween pages ahead of time!!
I had so much fun creating this layout, these cute little monsters work so well with the paper and sentiments!!

I first stamped the "Too cute to spook" as a border around where the picture will be placed!
My little girl is going as a "monster" this year!  We got a really cute bright pink and lime green monster costume on clearance last year that she fell in love with!!

I also used the large "Trick or Treat" sentiment from the set!

How fun!!

Creating this layout, really got me in the mood for fall!!

A look at the entire Halloween Puns set:

Boys Will Be Boys-Layout

Hello everyone! Laura here from Laura's Crafts & More...This week the DT is making scrapbook layouts using Joy's stamps! I haven't done scrap booking in FOREVER so it took me a while to get back into it!

I found these old pics of my boys when cleaning out some stuff a few weeks ago and I just love these pics of them together!!

I used some magic Mesh (I found a whole set of this stuff a while back in my stash and just love it all over again!!) and some truck "buttons" to jazz it up a bit. With boys you can't do too much "jazzing" so I figured this was good enough! :)

I used "Boys Will Be Boys", "Best Buddies" "Best" & "Brother" from the Father /Son set.

My boys are 18 & 15 now, so these take me back and just make me smile!! :)

Too Cute To Spook

Hello, crafty friends, Julie here today from Muddy Paws & Inky Fingers with a scrapbook page to share with you. It's been a few months since I've found time to make a layout, so I enjoyed this assignment very much!
Golden Retrievers are wonderfully docile dogs, and my Sophie is no exception.  I dressed her up until she felt silly and went on a Halloween photo shoot for this layout.  What do you think? Is she too cute to spook?

Joy's Life "Halloween Puns" stamp set was used throughout this layout.

You can find it, and all Joy's wonderful stamps in her STORE.
I can't wait to make some more Halloween projects with this set!
For more details about this layout, please visit my blog, Muddy Paws & Inky Fingers.
I hope you enjoyed my Silly Sophie and her Spooky Halloween outfit.  She's ready for the holiday.  Are you?

Easter layout using Cri kits pens!

Sorry for the late post. I know I had one set up but I have no idea what happened to it!

My layout this week features the Cri-kit gel pens, which were really awesome to use. The package recommends you write with them a little bit before you use them to help prevent skipping. I didn't have any problems with skipping.

There are so many colors to choose from! I used the pastel gel pens for the doily and the Easter eggs on this layout.
The stamp I used is from Yummy Puns. Here is a close up:
Don't look too closely at my cutting job but I used the pens to make the Easter eggs & then cut them out and decorated them. These are from the Easter 2010 Cricut cartridge.

you're one of a kind

Hey everyone! It's Ashley here with a scrapbook page this week.

I chose a stamp from Sweet Popsicle Puns that goes perfectly with a funny story. I wanted to scrapbook a quote our six year old nephew said while we were on vacation last month. He's so funny & he doesn't even try to be.

The "you're one of a kind" stamp can be used in a variety of ways. I was thinking a little outside of the box on this one.

For more details about this layout, you can stop by my blog.

Thanks!

enjoy the summer

Hey guys! I'm sharing a summer layout using summer colors & the newest stamp set that Joy released. Pun in the Sun! Summer is my favorite so I'm so excited about this set & I know I am going to get so much use out of it!

What better way to start summer than with a concert?! I don't know about you guys, but summer means concert season around here! Gary Allan is my absolute most favorite country singer & this is the 8th time I've seen him. I thought the "enjoy the summer" stamped on the speech bubble would look cute coming from him.

*sigh*

A better shot of the stamping.
Check out the new Pun in the Sun set at Joy's Life & she also has Yummy Puns back in stock so you better get those while you can!

& if you want to see more of Gary, come see my obsession check him out on my blog Markland & Main.

Suitcase Scrapbook

Hello, everyone! This is Patty from the Crafty Kitten

As you can tell from earlier posts this week, the Design Team has got scrapbooking on it's mind. It's been awhile since I've done some and had been gathering supplies to start again so this was a good challenge for me.

Here's what I came up with.

The stamp I used is from Joy's Lots Of Puns set. If you don't have these versatile stamps, you can get them here
