This week it is all about "It Sparkles or Shines"!!

I thought it would be fun to use this challenge to create a card for my son for Christmas!

And with that in mind, I thought I would make a shaped Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer card!!

Isn't he cute?!?!

I think my son will love it!

I added some shimmery paint to his nose and lights!  And Glitter Dust to the tag!

The "Merry Christmas" is from the Wintery Puns set!

Wishing You Blue Skies

Happy Hump Day, my crafty friends! Julie here today, from Muddy Paws & Inky Fingers with another shaped card.  Today, it's a hot air balloon card, taking us away to a happy place:

 

 

I used the Joy's Life stamp set, "Pun in the Sun".  I just love this set! I think I've used it more than any other Joy's Life set I have, and they've all seen a lot of ink!

Girl Power-Star Shaped Card

Hello everyone! Laura here from Laura's Crafts & More...This week the DT is making fun shaped cards! I wanted to cut something on my Cricut but my Cricut (and other supplies) are buried under all the stuff from moving rooms around the house! My oldest left for college and my youngest wanted his room, which then gives me a bigger, better room for crafting...but all this moving around is driving me crazy!! So I made my own shaped card! I used "Girl Power" & "Hope Your Day Is Amazing" from the set My Hero.

 And there is even plenty of room to add my own personalized message!

Every Day Should be a Sundae!

Happy Monday, blog friends! Or should I say 'Happy Sundae'? Julie here from Muddy Paws & Inky Fingers starting off a week of shaped cards with the Joy's Life design team.

I had a card in mind that I've been wanting to make for awhile now, and this was my perfect opportunity.

I made this easel card using my Silhouette.

 

I thought it paired up perfectly with the Joy's Life stamp set, "Yummy Puns". I used two of the puns on this card.  Isn't it fun?

Getting in Shape!

I used the weld feature in the Cricut Craft Room to create 

the base for my shape card using the letters (shadow font) in

Sweets For the Sweet Girl

This one is a cutie for the kiddies!!

For the frame I used the Live Simply Cricut Cartridge.

In the center of the frame I used a scary house scene.

Eye Love This Color Combo!!

Hi!! This is Jennie from Earthy Scrap.

This week at Joy's Life we have a fall inspired color combo!!

We had to use brown, orange and green.

I'm still in Summer mode, fall hasn't fully download into my head 

so I am almost uncapable to come up with fall projects. 

This one is kinda Halloween-y. 

For the shape I used the Sugar and Spice Cartridge 

and I just hid the little half circles and joined the scalloped circles with a small square. 

For the sentiment on his flag

Tail Me About It!!

 Hi!! This is Jennie from Earthy Scrap!!

This week at Joy's Life we are shaking the leaves!!

I made this shaped card with the 

Live Simply Cricut Lite Cartridge and my Gypsy.

I just took the first layer twice, flipped one of those 

and welded the card.

The little skunk is also from the Live Simply Cartridge. 

On the inside of the frame I took a paper with a scene 

and tried to mimic the leaves on the back by cutting some and placing them on the front.

This sentiment is from the set Barnyard Puns.

I hope you didn't think my card stinks, LOL

Hello everyone! Laura here from Laura's Crafts & More...This week we are making some fun shaped cards! I made 2 shaped tags to give on a gift! This would be perfect for a child's report card celebration, testing celebration or "just because"!
