Wintery Cocoa Pouch

Hi!  It's Patty here from the Crafty Kitten.  

If you've been following the Design Team blog this week you've seen that we've been doing food projects. You've already seen some really neat treat boxes and candy jars.  

I've got for you a simple cocoa pouch that you could whip up in a few minutes. 

Open it up for a hot chocolate treat!
