Candy Apple Pumpkin Color Challenge Card

Hello, all!  It's Patty from the Crafty Kitten.  

If you've been following the posts this week on the Design Team blog, you've seen that we are doing a Pumpkin Picking Color challenge. (That is....green, brown, and orange.)  

For some reason, I really struggled with this one.  
I then broke out my brand new Create A Critter 2 cartridge and ran with it!

Isn't that candy apple fun? And the stamp is very versatile!

 The saying comes from Joy's Halloween Puns set. 

 If you don't have you own, you can get it here in time for Halloween.

I'm really loving these stamps and my new cartridge!  (You'll be seeing more in my future posts, I believe!)

Happy Fall Y'All - Stamped Candle

Hello everyone! It's Lori with got2bcrafting again. I hope you are all having a wonderful week so far. :)

This week the DT was asked to create a project using the colors Orange, Green and Brown.  For some reason, I was struggling a bit trying to make something using only these colors.  I must have started at least 5 different projects before settling on the one I am sharing today.  It is actually quite simple, but I think it turned out pretty cute! 

I used the stamping on tissue paper technique to apply the Happy Fall Y'all sentiment.

Eye Love This Color Combo!!

Hi!! This is Jennie from Earthy Scrap.

This week at Joy's Life we have a fall inspired color combo!!

We had to use brown, orange and green.

I'm still in Summer mode, fall hasn't fully download into my head 

so I am almost uncapable to come up with fall projects. 

This one is kinda Halloween-y. 

For the shape I used the Sugar and Spice Cartridge 

and I just hid the little half circles and joined the scalloped circles with a small square. 

For the sentiment on his flag 

I used Halloween Puns Stamps!!

Fall Cricut Gift Box

Hi everyone! This is Cyndy again! This week's theme is Pumpkin Picking Time Colors. We'll be making projects using the colors Orange, Green, and Brown.  Both my sister and I love Fall for the weather, Halloween, and pumpkin seeds! This box has some pumpkin seeds for my sister so she can make some Pumpkin Seed Brittle!

Leaf Easel Card

Hello, everyone!  It's Patty here from the Crafty Kitten. I hope you are enjoying your Saturday.  As you can tell from earlier posts this week, we're celebrating Fall and the changing/falling leaves that comes with it.   

I've had this adorable pic of one of my nieces taken YEARS ago that was just stuck on my wall.  I decided this picture needed special treatment.

Happy Thanksgiving Leaves card

When Joy asked us to use leaves this week, I couldn't wait to break out my new (used) gypsy and see what leaves I could find on there!

I wanted to create a sort of cascade of leaves. The line under the sentiment is not part of the stamp, I added that to coordinate with the lines I drew on the leaves. this stamp is from the It's All Fall stamp set.

 Hi!! This is Jennie from Earthy Scrap!!

This week at Joy's Life we are shaking the leaves!!

I made this shaped card with the 

Live Simply Cricut Lite Cartridge and my Gypsy.

I just took the first layer twice, flipped one of those 

and welded the card.

The little skunk is also from the Live Simply Cartridge. 

On the inside of the frame I took a paper with a scene 

and tried to mimic the leaves on the back by cutting some and placing them on the front.

This sentiment is from the set Barnyard Puns.

I hope you didn't think my card stinks, LOL

Fall Picture Frame

Hello!  It's Patty once again from the Crafty Kitten with the last DT post of the week of home decor ideas for JoysLife.  I don't know about you, but I've got so many pictures taken over the years that are in boxes or on the computers.  I need to get more of them out on display.  

I decided to make a frame of my beloved, Patches.  I think this is a good way to display this sweet pic of him enjoying the Fall sunshine.

The stamp I used is from Joy's NEWEST stamp set, It's All Fall Puns!  

I just LOVE this set!  Lots of possibilities!
